QT Luong is a mountaineer, adventure photographer, landscape photographer and author of "Treasured Lands". He learned to scuba, kayak and canyoneer just so he could photograph every aspect of the 59 national parks. He gave up a career as a PhD computer science researcher to follow his love of nature and photography. After moving from France to the U.S., he took up large format photography to emulate the work of Ansel Adams. He literally followed in Ansel's footsteps in Yosemite and later the other 58 national parks over a period of 25 years. The result was an enduring love of nature, the national parks and the production of his opus magnum "Treasured Lands".  The book is 456-pages of his photographs and writing for each national park. It's a unique coffee table book in size, weight, content and quality.

Meet this unique individual who dedicated 25 years of his life to a massive project that few others would consider, let alone undertake in such a comprehensive manner. You won't be disappointed.
